What do you think it should look like? Screenshots, sketches, or other illustrations are helpful.
I think to make for easier usability/clearer scheduling, we only need to include quarter-hour options for the minute dropdown (00, 15, 30, 45). It would be wildly unusual/unhelpful to schedule a workshop starting at 3:07 for example.
If we still want to preserve more options than quarter hours, I could be convinced we do every 5 minutes (00, 05, 10, 15..etc.), but I don't think we need all 60.
