Doesn't work with Cloudinary

This gem isn't compatible with Cloudinary.

Calling model.image only gets me a string when they're used together.

I'm guessing it's because you're not using RMagick or any local transformations when uploading to Cloudinary.

Here's a pointer:

      metadata = Cloudinary::Api.resource(image.public_id)
      self.image_width  = metadata['width']
      self.image_height = metadata['height']
      self.image_file_size = metadata['bytes']
      self.image_content_type = metadata['format']

Then you'll only need to detect whether Cloudinary is being used. I couldn't figure out the internals of the gem to get an idea of how to implement it, and I'm working on a client project so for now I'm using the code above in a before_save-hook to do it manually.
