Jcrop example needs some updating

Not sure if it was a change in the design or just an oversight.

The column names for the x,y,h,w need to be:
crop_source_x etc.

So in the example they would be:
image_crop_source_crop_x
image_crop_source_crop_y
image_crop_source_crop_h
image_crop_source_crop_w

Thanks, I'll update it in next push. May be it would be useful to list controller code here, because it is not trivial in some cases.
