Anything against the idea of "publishing" a notebook, so it's discoverable on the website?

I know you say you don't want it to "own" any data, but maybe make something like mastodon? a network where people can discover people's work.

@Kreijstal you might want to consider the view point of Starboard being an editor which can be plugged into what you describe. For instance you could take a Wiki software, plug the Starboard Editor into it, and publish your wiki. For example I hacked in the Starboard editor into Feather wiki here using the Starboard-Wrap.
