chore(scripts): remove chaos-takeover.sh

Standalone one-off hunting utility (Chaos dataset CNAME-fingerprint sweep +
Discord alerts) — not part of AutoAR's core scanning pipeline and never
referenced from README/docs. Removing it from the repo; the workflow itself
(dnsx CNAME + grep fingerprints + notify) can be run ad hoc or re-added later
if it proves useful as a proper feature.
