Currently a lot of people need tracking information for wire transfers (e.g. UETR), but this isn't readily available (needs manual ops person with Column access to find it).

The wire page on HCB can thus including near-live tracking information, such as when the wire was last processed, as well as include the actual UETR. A public/semi-public tracking page could also be sent to the recipient. An email update could also be configured once the wire is marked as received (to sender and/or receiver).
