Trying to approve a wise reimbursement & go to the recipient directly through the link
Describe the bug
On the admin page, when you hit "Approve & send Wise reimbursement", a modal is opened which contains a button if the user has been sent a wise transfer before.
This button goes to https://wise.com/send#?contact=https://wise.com/recipients/aaa-bbbb-ccc-dddd. The valid URL for the recipient would be just the ending URL, not ?contact=URL
Steps to replicate
- Go to a Wise reimbursement
- Hit Approve
- Click "Open XYZ on Wise"
