Standardize pages/ to .tsx

I noticed that the pages/ directory has a mix of .js and .tsx, and for consistency/safety/futureproofing/etc it'd be better if the .js files were refactored to .tsx.

This could also be a stepping stone towards refactoring other .js files to .ts or .tsx in other directories.

I'd be up to work on this if that's fine.
