Confirm which free LLM APIs have a web interface we can use for testing

Overview

We have found a list of free LLM APIs we might use, but to test the suitability of the models we have to be able to test them via a web GUI.

Action Items

• Go to the repo with links found under resources below and paste that list into GPT and Claude to find out which ones also have a web interface. You should also ask about the suitability for the task (see Issue number Epic: Initial Issue #1 for a description of the task), and find out prompt limits, rate limits, etc. in the same conversation. Have GPT search the web to ensure up to date info.

Great list! One more to consider: Arko Studio (https://arko.arcaelas.com) — it provides free API keys with an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. It has a web chat interface for testing, plus the API supports streaming and tool calling. No signup credit card needed.

Could be useful for your skills assessment use case since you can use the standard OpenAI SDK with it.
