Consider Food Donors as user for Food Oasis

Quick scan of the existing data and discussion out there regarding free food sourcing: Individual donors are critical to food banks and pantries as government funding dwindles post pandemic. Food insecurity levels not expected to return back to a normal baseline for another 3-5 years ; others say even longer. Food banks are having to serve at elevated levels since pandemic (and other factors).

Moving to Icebox as we need to assess if this is a critical metric for Food Oasis, and given current priorities of the Impact Sprints 2022, this should be reevaluated after October when the sprints are completed.
