FOLA: BA create and assign Google LOOKER File

Overview

We need to create looker files owned by foodoasisinfo@hackforla.org so that future work by the team can be retained by Hack for LA and the Food Oasis project, instead of an individual contirbutor.

Action Items

one time setup

• Log into 1Password
• Go to Food Oasis vault
• log into the foodoasisinfo@hackforla.org account
  • when it asks for new profile, say yes
• Go to https://lookerstudio.google.com/
• create a new report
  • in order to have report templates to use, create 5 (this is a one time task). If we run out of blank reports, we can do this again.
• Share the reports with your email so that you can assign them as needed to team members

To assign a BA to a report

• go to one of the report links below
• customize the title in the file
• customize the title below
• share with BA as editor
