Add Interface label to Relevant Issues

Overview

We need to update all the issue on the repo to have one of three Interface: labels so that we can see just the issues a specific PM is responsible for.

Action Items

• Look at each issue on the issue tab (resource 1.01) and determine if it's a for the food seeker side or the volunteer validation side
• add the appropriate label. If you are unsure, don't choose a label.
