Overview

The instructions for developers and other contributors to the Food Oasis project needs to be improved.

Action Items

• Collect the */md files under a /doc folder
• Add explicit instructions for beginners to set up their development environment.
• Add instructions for how to create and work with a local development database.
• Move release and hotfix procedures to separate document.
• Add instructions for running a docker development environment.
• Add instructions for deployment using docker.
