Overview

There's a few things to support developers in the team. These are urgently needed since they're basic things needed by developers that we haven't addressed. See PR #188 for original notes.

Action Items

• Create the following issues
  • dockerize pre-commit so devs can use it without installing Docs: install pre-commit via pipx #199
  • documentation for rebasing before PR docs: How to rebase a branch before a PR #191
• Close this issue once all the issues created are done.
