Bug: Date wrap, and spacing inconsistencies on Archived Projects page

Describe the bug

The spacing between columns is inconsistent and the values in the Last Saved date column are wrapping.

• Follow up to 2769 Fix Date Formats On Archived Projects Page #2912

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into the dev site as Security Admin
2. Go to the Security tab
3. Click on 'See All Archived Projects'
4. See error

Actual Result

Archived Projects Page

• The spacing between columns is inconsistent, indicated by the red blocks.
• The date value in Last Saved is wrapping, indicated by the red arrow.

Expected Result

The column spacing should be the same as on the My Projects page. The values in the Last Saved date column should not wrap.

Action Items

• Fix bug.
• Review with development lead.
• Review with product, development, and research teams. Update if needed based on feedback.
• Once finalized, add a slide to the staging deck (see resources)
• Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.
