We need to research how to remove trailing slashes from all hackforla.org page URLs so we can determine whether to create an epic with issues for each page or a single issue to fix all pages at once.

Action Items

• Research how trailing slashes are added to URLs
• Choose the best approach to remove trailing slashes
• Document findings in this issue
• Add a "ready for dev lead" label and move to the "Questions/In Review" column after you've documented everything.
• Wait to create any issues until after a dev lead has signed off on the above Action Items.

• • If a single fix can resolve all pages, create one issue to implement it

@kdaca19xx looking at this and your other issue, I think this one should probably have #8456 as a dependency. It would be helpful for the person working on this one to see the spreadsheet from that issue with the list of pages that have the trailing slashes so they can decide what the best approach is to remove them.

A couple other notes:

• The dev should probably wait to create the issues (last two action items) until we've reviewed their research. After they document their findings they should add a "ready for dev lead" label and then wait to create any issues until we've signed off on it.
• Let's add this Jekyll page to the Resources as a starting point for their research
• Let's also add a link to Identify all pages with trailing slash in URL #8456 to the Resources so they will know where to find the spreadsheet when it is completed
