Description
Overview
We need to fix the mobile view search behavior so that the page maintains its scroll position and the filter bar remains open after a user performs a search. Currently, when users search for items on the project page in mobile view, the page jumps back to the top and the filter bar closes, forcing users to scroll back down and reopen the filter bar to see their results.
Action Items
- [] Investigate the mobile view search function to identify what's causing the page reset
- [] Implement scroll position retention so the page stays in place after search is executed
- [] Prevent the filter bar from automatically closing after search is applied in mobile view
- [] Verify that search results display correctly without requiring additional scrolling
- [] Ensure desktop view functionality remains unaffected
Resources/Instructions
ER: Search Bar Not Persisting Results and Missing Filter Bar Integration #8420
- Note: This issue only affects mobile view. Desktop view works correctly.
