LIGHT UP THE MAP! button not working in Chrome on Surface notebook

Karen experienced this and said some of her students did also. The popup does not pop up. I notices some errors/notices in console in her Chrome inspector - mine has none. I will see if I can get her to send us the notices from console. It was OK in FF.

@rick02840 can you ask Karen for more details about her configuration? What version of Chrome and Windows? I got a popup when I tested with Chrome 62 on Windows 10.

Is she logged in? Any console messages? A JavaScript error seems like a likely culprit. If she's able to open the console and share a screenshot of an errors that would be helpful. Chrome > View > Developer > JavaScript Console

OK will do. When I was with her, we tired logged in and logged out and that made no difference. She was on a surface tablet I believe. There were console messages, so I will ask her to try to show us a screenshot. Anyhow, will check with her, back later.
