Description
Based on feedback from campaign users, we have some design updates to the campaign dashboard.
Attached is an image of the design we intended to ship when the product launched, so we are hoping it can get as close to this as possible (what's in the current version can stay in there and we don't recommend anything is removed).
The features we recommended adding (that have not already been added) are:
- Ability to see campaign fundraising information over different periods of time, e.g., 24 hours, 1 day, 7 days, month and all-time (purple button at the top right).
- Estimated cash on hand (contributions minus expenses)
- Total raised before match
- Total pending match review
- Total raised including match
The addition of this information would be really useful for campaigns for general/quick accounting, comparing to bank statements/ORESTAR/fundraising databases/spreadsheets, and knowing what to do next with their fundraising efforts (strategy of where to spend money, how much more needs to be raised, etc.)
You can also see that the image below reflects a design that is easier for campaigns to read based on text placement and size. For example, we prioritized "estimated cash on hand" with larger text and front-and-center placement because that's what campaigns care about the most in their daily activities and decision-making. Generally speaking we want the dollar amounts to be large so they are easy to find.
