mset9-*: keycombo for if top screen init fail

SafeB9SInstaller sometimes doesn't properly display the top screen (or also bottom screen sometimes, but that is not covered by this PR). If the bottom screen is still displaying then we can safely just tell people to enter the key combo blindly.
