Had an issue with installing manually (update: WAS EASILY SOLVED)

Y'all really just had me waste hours installing this CRAP. I get that the manual install is versions below your paid quickstart way, but what the hell team, i mean it doesn't even function 5% correct this way, it's total complete garbage, i just WISH that you would of done a hell of a lot better job at informing people that the manual way is basically NOTHINGGGG at all like what your feature claims to be. What a shame, hours of effort completely wasted. FIX YOUR README.md inform us of the truth, you want people to buy your purchasable version right? well then show them why they should because manual way is just total complete utter shit. Thank you for all the hype, time, effort i've now wasted. Really disappointed in this team.

Am I in the wrong? is it really not this bad and im missing something?
I will edit or delete the comment right away if im proven wrong.

What i got is total blurry jibberish of images, not even one frame was close to my face swap.

I had good lighting on my webcam capture, and same with the face swap image

I tried all the different toggles to supposedly make it better too, same result.

I had GPU mode on as well, ( 4070 Ti )

I would love to hear that I'm in the wrong on something. I really did want to support this repo but i just feel quite upset at the result i got based on the info that was provided, maybe i should say lack of info.

I'm not sure what your concern is but everything is written on the readme. We have 75k stars with 200k plus downloads (and tons of tutorial on the internet including youtube) and all you do here is rant without anything we can do to help.

Did you check the pinned issues as well? Can you show the swapped face?

Thank you for a solution, I'll delete or edit this post soon as i have this solved, i do not wish to make a great team look bad if it isn't justified.

I've downloaded the inswapper_128_fp16.onnx file, where should i place it? and is there anything else i should do like one comment there mentioned "I fixed the same issue by downloading the 32 model and renaming it to fp16"

I apologize for being an ass, it just took me a long time to get going. I am interested in buying the subscribed model if this goes well for me.

everything should just be on the model folder. Do not delete this as this will serve as a guide on others that will encounter this as well (or a reference).

The only difference with this and the quickstart are the other features. Quickstart have extra features with less setup issues BUT everything on readme is very similar (This is the quickstart version 2.0c)

Man, thank you so much. That file did it for me, i greatly apologize for being an asshole. Love what you and the team have accomplished this is super duper cool. Thank you for helping me despite my drunken rant message at first.

For those seeing this i can say that thanks to user https://github.com/hacksider the solution was to install a different inswapper_128_fp15.onnx file and replacing the old one with it
