Black box covering my face

Please has anyone experienced this and how can I fix it?

This happens when the face detector fails to load or detect facial landmarks.
Common causes: corrupted model files, incompatible camera resolution, or poor lighting.
How to Fix:- re-download the face models, set camera resolution to 640×480, ensure good lighting, and restart the application.
After doing this, the black box issue was fixed for me.
