[bug] Dropdowns don't show up

Browsers Used Brave, Safari

Description:
Dropdown menus on the application are not displaying correctly. Instead, when attempting to click on a dropdown, the page shows a "Saving Application" message. Despite refreshing the page multiple times, the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the apply application page in either Brave or Safari.
2. Attempt to click on any dropdown menu.
3. Observe that the dropdown does not display and the message "Saving Application" appears.

Expected Behavior:
The dropdown menus should display as expected and allow users to select options without any error messages.

Current Behavior:
Dropdown menus are not visible. Instead, clicking on them triggers a "Saving Application" message, and the dropdown options do not appear.

Edit: Works perfectly on chrome.

@Joker-2003 Hello I am unable to reproduce this on both brave and safari as shown in the attachments below. Do you by any chance have any extensions or browser modifications or any security/privacy hardening on the browser to prevent certain sites from loading correctly? (ie brave and firefox have the option to improve browser security which can break visual changes on certain sites)

Hi there! I don't think i have anything like that but it works perfectly fine on chrome. Perhaps its an issue on my end
