HACS manifest validation failing incorrectly

Describe the issue

My HACS file hasn't changed in two months, it is very simple:

Today it started failing with:

Error:  <Validation hacsjson> failed:  The repository has an invalid 'hacs.json' file (More info: https://hacs.xyz/docs/publish/include#check-hacs-manifest )
Warning:  Integration manifest validation failed for: None
Error:  <Validation integration_manifest> failed:  expected a dictionary. Got None (More info: https://hacs.xyz/docs/publish/include#check-manifest )
Error:  <Integration clintongormley/everything-presence-pro-grid> 2/8 checks failed

It fails without the homeassistant entry as well.
