Search for binary interactions #33
Description
In #30 the Complex Portal is used to find interaction partners of an uniprot accession.
Uniprot is also linked to the IntAct Molecular Interaction Database it would be nice to use that as a datasource.
We could use the Uniprot Sparql endpoint to query, see #30 (comment)
Or use IntAct web services.
