Pip install fails

I have:

* python 3.7.7
* pip 20.2.4

Running

```
pip install pika-stubs
```

Fails with the following error:

```
$ pip install pika-stubs
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pika-stubs (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pika-stubs

```
