3.0.19 Does not load new file from server, overwrites existing file.

I use seafile to sync my KeepassXC Database file.
However lately my friends and I have been losing passwords.
I see that seadroid completely replaces the password file without creating a conflict file.

Part of the issue is that seadroid does not load the newest file keepass database when I open the file from KeepassDX (Keepass android app), but returns the cached version.

1. Why does seadroid not fetch the latest version when I have internet ?
2. Why does seadroid not cause modifications that result in conflicts ?

Why does not fetch the latest version？

• Seadroid does not have a file synchronization mechanism, which also means that if want to get the latest data, can only request it manually or passively.
• Within the app, the latest data is requested every time manually pull down to refresh
• If enter the same folder repeatedly within 10 seconds, only the local cache data will be displayed, if exceeds 10 seconds, the latest data is requested.
  So, even if your phone has an internet network, sometimes it doesn't load the latest data.

Why does not cause conflicts？

If you click on a file in the ".kdbx" format in Seadroid, your phone will recommend the associated app to open it. However, no matter how the third-party app edits, the third-party app actually modifies the cache file in Seadroid, and when Seadroid detects that the content of the local cache file changes, Seadroid will start the "Upload Local File" action, which is similar to editing a local text file, and it will not actively remind you whether to "replace" or "keep" the remote file, which is why there are no "conflicting" files in the remote repository.
