Seafile client deletes folders in seafile-ignore.txt

I'm using a seafile-ignore.txt to stop the desktop client from syncing a few folders. Today, some of these folders that I had been using yesterday were gone.
Using the error log, I was able to see that Seafile moved all of these folders to the trash yesterday. I was able to restore the folders from the trash can in the web client, but I'd like for them to stay where they are supposed to be in the future. I'm also not sure whether the current files were restored, or the old versions from when I deleted them after setting up the seafile-ignore.txt a month ago.
The log specifically says "Ein Ordner, der noch nicht hochgeladene Dateien enthalten könnte, wurde in den Papierkorb von Seafile verschoben." (German Seafile).

I can provide a screenshot of my seafile-ignore.txt and the list of errors seafile showed me - please let me know if they are relevant.

Could you describe how the issue happened step by step?

The error message "Ein Ordner, der noch nicht hochgeladene Dateien enthalten könnte, wurde in den Papierkorb von Seafile verschoben." means some folder was deleted from the server. Under that folder, some files/sub-folders are not uploaded to the server. So before deleting the parent folder, the client moves those untracked files to Seafile/recycle-bin folder in the local computer, to avoid data loss.

Given that the folders are ignored, looks like it triggers the behavior described above. You may have misunderstood the message, trying to restore the folders from the trash on the server.
