Preparing files for importing into ukbrest

Data releases

When getting data from your UK Biobank, you will have files with data from initial releases, data refreshes and new data requests.

Assumptions

It is assumed that you already performed all steps needed to validate/unpack your .enc files obtained from the UK Biobank Showcase. The process will finish with a bunch of .enc_ukb files that you can use to convert them into CSV format and HTML with metadata.
