Option to send help text in DM

To cut down on channel spam, there should be an option to send help text responses as a DM instead of in the channel. The channel could be sent a simple message such as, "Response sent. Check your private messages."

Will require overriding the default help command.

Turns out, this can be configured by overriding the default help command's settings.

Should be an easy fix now that we've replaced the !help command with !nchelp. Can be made conditional based on guild/channel settings as well as a default threshold.
