Support for Notebook Hyperlinks

Notebook Hyperlinks are supported by Workbench as described here:

I would like to request this feature in order to be able to link from my code to descriptions in notebooks and also to be able to link to tests.

I am new to IntelliJ, so maybe this is already available in a different form. If so please refer me to information about this.
