Transferring vscode configuration files to container

- After rebuilding the dev container .vscode configuration files are lost
- For example, I would like to use the Python debugger, which requires the config (otherwise the installed package lineracer we can not debug the lineracer package when running the app or the test files):

```
- how do transfer such files to the container?
