NPC controller is currently slow #45

  • since We have closed loop race tracks! #44, the NPC controller is too slow
  • this is due to the fact that many more mid-line points exist compared to before
  • verifying that a point is not on the track, all mid-line points are checked
  • instead, we should only check some mid-line points in the vicinity of the last point
