Creation and deletion of src/ElmjutsuDumMyM0DuL3.elm triggers other tooling #159

As reported here in case of Elm Live: wking-io/elm-live#145 (comment)
Perhaps it should be left for other tools to work around, but it seems a little bit off to put temporary code in src/ directory. Would it be possible to put it somewhere in elm-stuff? This should prevent tools like Elm Live from being unnecessarily triggered.
