Missing getkirby/composer-installer

Thanks a lot for the plugin!

I have currently noticed the following: It is not possible to install the plugin via composer because the plugin is not moved to the site/plugins folder but remains in vendors. In my opinion, getkirby/composer-installer is missing here as required dependency. The installer was removed in version 3.0.0. Why?
