Add support for reversed ranges of cells

As discussed here we should consider adding support for reversed ranges of cells.

Example
=SUM(A10:A1) should be equal to =SUM(A1:A10)

At the moment, the =SUM(A10:A1) throws an Array size error

As further discussed within the team we should also add the support multiple range references to match the standard of OpenFormula.

Example
=SUM(B4:B5:C5) should be equal to =SUM(B4:C5)

If a feature is well defined by the standard then we should create a feature issue and add it to the backlog for triage

Error is a bug that should be reported. HF can't throw errors on invalid user input

• opened an issue for removing the error msg (Incorrect array size error when user defines reverted coordinates for formulas #835)
