setHashtagTextChangedListener doesn't working correctly #114
Description
When user first time type #follow and then clear all text by backspace and then start typing again without # then still setHashtagTextChangedListener called on it -> follow.
Also when user select hashtag from dropdown then start typing again without space then still setHashtagTextChangedListener called on it.
