theme = 'nostyleplease' doesn't work

In the guide, its says that, after installing the library, to write theme = 'nostyleplease' in hugo.toml. I noticed that, after installing, the folder is called hugo-theme-nostyleplease instead of the aforementioned nostyleplease. It does mess up when trying to run hugo server.

The README says “clone this repo (or add as a submodule) to themes/nostyleplease”, so it is consistent. But year, it is confusing.
