API docs page randomly scrolls by itself

I didn't find a better place to report this!

When you scroll through the API docs with Chrome or Chromium, more often than not it will start to scroll by itself.

I found a way to reproduce it:

• Open a link to https://joi.dev/api/?v=17.9.1#anywhencondition-options
• Start scrolling down
• It will start to scroll up by itself

It happens with other sections like in the 18 second mark in this video

I couldn't reproduce it with Firefox.

Can't reproduce in either browsers but anyway I'm in the process of rewriting it entirely so it may be fixed along the way.
