chore(webmcp): no-op for upstream PR #14848 (expose WebMCPToolCall in result)

Upstream PR #14848 adds a Call property to WebMCPToolCallResult and
_pendingCalls tracking so consumers can access the original tool call
from the response.

The PuppeteerSharp WebMCP implementation (pending merge from PR #14814)
already includes both of these additions — WebMcpToolCallResult.Call and
_pendingCalls in CdpWebMcp were implemented when porting the initial
WebMCP feature.

No code changes needed here.
