Please emit harfbuzz.a

Could you also emit harfbuzz.a in your releases section so I can include it in my build? Is this normal for other platforms to distribute `.a` files? I've only seen a few that come with emscripten like libc. This is great btw, thank you for setting up this repo, I hope more projects/libs catch on.
