PEMA to create a run summary file

It would be nice to also include in one file all the metadata that are required when PEMA outputs are published (e.g. to obis): this is just a summary of information available elsewhere in the outputs of PEMA, but gathered in one file for ease of findability. I can provide guidance as to the content of this when this issue is worked on.

This issue describes the creation of a new file - not the README of the repo or anything like this - but a new file that would be part of PEMA's output.

@kmexter could you provide an example of such a file; what to keep, etc.

You most probably need to parse the parameter_files.tsv for this task.

I can provide an example of such a file as soon as it is required. It will require code to dig around in specific input files of PEMA (I can name the files and what to look for) and then to output that as txt. For the Tesseract - PEMA running in there should also have such a file, to which extra information could be added (Tesseract-specific info): not sure if the developers would like to combine these two run-summary files...?
