Enabling the option for dark mode and light mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Presently the web app supports only the light mode. Now the dark mode is to be implemented for the user and a switch option for the user to choose the light or dark mode as per his/her wish.

Describe the solution you'd like
A switch option or a drop-down in the Get Help Section to be implemented for the user to switch between the light mode and the dark mode.

Additional context
This can be implemented by switching classes of the UI theme onclick of the button/option.

@SubCoder1 Sure. The dark-mode you have added earlier needs some changes. Please have a look at the dark mode of other apps and redefine it accordingly.

@ananyaarun It's almost done. I'll currently traveling as there's some major issues regarding coronavirus in Bangalore, so I'll make a PR in 2-3 days :)
