Error ▶ ERRO 001 open static/config.json: no such file or directory

AFTER running this command cd service && go run main.go we are getting error - Error ▶ ERRO 001 open static/config.json: no such file or directory.

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue under GSSoC 2026.

Approach: I'll fix the missing static/config.json error by first checking the project structure to determine if the file was accidentally deleted or never generated, then creating a default config.json with sane fallback values. I'll also add a startup check in the Go service that logs a clear error message and gracefully exits if config.json is missing, along with an init command or Makefile target to generate a default configuration template for new developers.

I have experience with Go backend development and Linux filesystem debugging. Please assign me this issue.
