Generate example pages from single template

index.html and index.proto.html consist of mostly the same content, so it would be nice to create some sort of template and generate both files using a Grunt task.

Actually, we could probably just use Jekyll, which powers GitHub pages, and get templating (plus some other nice stuff) for free.
