Add support for Page Up, Page Down, Home and End

In normal select boxes, Page Up, Page Down, Home and End all work just fine. In the Chosen plugin they don't. On the Chosen page (http://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/), Page Up and Page Down work on the page, not on the select box. Home and End both select the first element (though Afghanistan, not United States; perhaps this is alphabetical?).
On the site we have integrated this (chosen.jquery.min.js v1.1.0) all four keys select the first element.

The prefered behaviour is to have these four keys work as in normal select boxes.

For me, Home selects United States properly. But other keys should indeed be implemented properly

Page Up and Page down are more complex to implement, as this depend on the visible part of the selectbox

Hi!
I created the PR #2346 that fixes the behaviour of the home and end key.
However, it was closed as a duplicate of this issue - does that mean it won't be merged?

@ChristophKaser That was my mistake -- I thought #2346 was also just an issue (not a PR), so I closed it as a duplicate. I just reopened it!
