Show results when filtering by optgroup name and option name

Hi,
It would be nice to be able to search for an option by taping his group and then his label.
For example, for an option labelled "France" under the optgroup "Europe", I would be able to find it by filtering with : "Europe France"

Is that a way to accomplish that ?
