There's a "infinite scroll" when holding the cursor on a 1px line at the bottom of the select

@koenpunt So I'm not 100% sure of the intention of that code, but I imagine it's for this:

Hover on a half-off option, and it jumps to be fully in-frame. That makes sense to me. The perpetual scroll on a 1px horizontal line seems like an unintended consequence.

I guess this is on purpose as this "feature" is present on the native dropdowns (on Chrome at least). If you hover on the down arrow, it scrolls down infinitely (check on the chosen homepage).

Here i solved updating the jquery lib to 1.12.4.

This issue as well as another issue where scrolling to the bottom, you are unable to scroll back up because it forces you back down to the bottom are solved going from jquery 2.2.0 to 2.2.4
