Auto-publish GitHub site from package script.

As a followup to #2649, we should update the packaging script so that tagged releases are automatically published to the GitHub site.

We might even consider keeping old versions of the site in subdirectories.

👍 on auto-publishing the GH pages as part of the release script.

As for keeping old versions, that seems largely unnecessary — if anyone is looking for the point-in-time documentation for a particular version, the pages are already included in the release packages, so they can access them there.

@koenpunt Yessss, that is amazingly simpler. However, /public doesn't currently seem to have everything it needs to have (like, y'know, Chosen itself).
