wrong field name in siri_vehicle_locations - schedualed should be scheduled

reproduction steps

• open the API interface for siri_vehicle_locations/list - https://open-bus-stride-api.hasadna.org.il/docs#/siri/list__siri_vehicle_locations_list_get
• input a value for siri_rides__schedualed_start_time_from / siri_rides__schedualed_start_time_to fields
• run the query

expected

• filter by scheduled start time from/to

actual

• no filter because field is not spelled correctly in the schema
• when field is fixed in the query to the correct spelling it works
